Addressing Your Leasing Concerns

Twin Tiers Landowners Coalition (TTLC), Inc., employs professional consultants to advise landowners on natural gas leasing issues.

Landowner coalitions have formed throughout New York and Pennsylvania to aggregate acreage to obtain a better deal from natural gas companies anxious to explore and develop the Marcellus and Utica shales.

Our approach is to put together a professional team with extensive oil and gas leasing knowledge and numerous contacts in both government and industry. Our mission is to market lands to secure the best possible deal at no cost to our landowners.

The initial leasing plans are for lands in Tioga County, PA, and Steuben County, NY and surrounding areas.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

July 19, 2010 Update

Thanks to our collective efforts, we have over 10,800 acres in Tioga County PA with approximately 8,600 to be leased by the end of the year. See News and Links, Update for more detail and progress.

 

Make sure that you tell your friends and neighbors to sign up as soon as possible. More acreage will only enhance our bargaining power. We will include additional acreage after July 15 for this sale or for one in the future.

There is absolutely no obligation for you to sign our lease. But we are confident that our deal will be better than any deal you could strike on your own.

No Cost to You
 
There is no charge for our services. We take all the risk in promotion and marketing, preparing maps, negotiating a lease, and choosing a fair deal. We impose a percentage fee in your lease on the total amount paid to you by the gas company. The fee is paid by the gas company to us. That way, we have an incentive to get you the highest bid possible.
