Mike White is a former dairy farmer and an avid outdoorsman. Mike has raised deer and elk at his 600-acre farm in Addison, NY, and is currently in charge of sales for three aggregate plants in NY and PA. Mike has been married to his wife, Theresa, for thirty years and has four grown children. Theresa owns and operates Uncle Mike's in Addison, which includes a pet store, tack shop, grooming salon, and boarding kennel.



Phil Knapp is an avid outdoorsman as well and currently owns 51 acres in the Town of Rathbone, NY. Phil works as a Plant Leader for Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc., and manages Team 20 Racing. Phil and Linda, his wife of 22 years, have one child, Dana.

Mr. Sovas has more than 40 years experience in responsible environmental development, including 22 years as Director of the Division of Mineral Resources at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation where, among other responsibilities, he managed the oil and gas leasing of state lands. Mr. Sovas is the primary author of the 1981 Amendments to the NYS Oil, Gas and Solution Mining Law which modernized the regulatory framework in New York.

Adam J. Schultz, Partner, Gilberti Stinziano Heintz & Smith

Mr. Schultz has 20 years of experience in the natural resources and minerals industry. Mr. Schultz is intimately familiar with issues faced by both the gas company and the landowner in the development of the natural gas resources of New York. He is counsel to a statewide organization involved in the development and wise use of New York's natural resources.
